-All orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided in your order page. Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order.
-If you want to make changes to the props, please contact me. I will try to do the best for you.
-Return of props/ retail displays is paid by the buyer and when refunding money for a returned order, we always deduct any costs that we incurred upon receipt of the return - for example, customs duties. All props/ retail displays upon return must be returned no later than 14 days and arrive to us securely packaged and if they are in the same condition as before transportation (without damage and chips) we will refund you for the returned props/ retail displays. If there are chips, damage or signs of use - your order will be sent for disposal and money for it will not be refunded.
-If the buyer does not pick up their order and it is returned to us, it will be disposed of or may be re-sent to you for an additional fee paid by you for re-sending.
